    Park Rules & Regulations
    Violation of any Park Rules & Regulations may result in you being asked to vacate the Park.
     
 DRIVING AND SPEED LIMIT: Use the main roads at all times
    Strictly forbidden to cross through spaces Speed limit of 7 mph.

 QUIET TIME: 9 p.m. / 7 a.m. – please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time.
 

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M.

 SEWER: Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required.
    Texas laws requires that a sewer hose must be fasten using a connector or a rubber donut.

 TRASH: Dumpster located in the entrance of the park on your left side is for personal trash
    only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. Do not leave trash out by your
    RV. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as
    determined by management. Washing vehicles in the Park is prohibited.
    CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ELECTRIC SPACE HEATER ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO CHEATER
    BOXES OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. Road host RV Park is not responsible for any electrical
    components on RV’S.

 CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the
    watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Please use good judgement if you decide to leave your
    children at the Park when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You
    are liable for their behavior.
    
 PETS: Please maintain control of your pets. The limit is only 2 pets allowed on leash. Pick up
    your pet’s waste immediately and dispose properly, this includes around your site and
    anywhere within the Park property. This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply
    you will be asked to vacate the Park. Do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen
    outside overnight or when you are absent. NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
    CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious,
    disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate eviction
    without refund.

SMOKING: Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. Do not throw them on the
    ground. This includes your site area. Smoking is prohibited in any Park building.
   

ALCOHOL: No alcohol permitted in any common area (unless approved by management).
    Road Host RV Park, or any of their representatives, staff or owner will not be responsible for
    people of any age while driving under the influence.
   

DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Road Host RV Park.
    Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
    Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately
    any information reported will be strictly confidential.
   

FIREARMS: Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed. All weapons
    shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
   

LIABILITY: All Park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the
    guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent.
    The Park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal
    negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially
    responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the Park.
     
   

Damage to Park property, including but not limited to; restrooms; laundry room equipment;
    utilities; landscaping; vehicles; street lights or signage is strictly prohibited. Guests will be
    responsible for the repair of any damages, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone,
    Road Host RV Park assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings,
    injury, accidents or losses from any cause, Road Host RV Park is not responsible for any
    damage to vehicle caused by other guest/visitors. Road Host RV Park is not responsible for
    any personal property, Road Host RV Park reserves the right to limit the stay and number or
    persons per site. Willful violation of these rules will result in termination of tenancy and
    barring from the property. These Rules and Regulations supersede any previously written or
    discussed. Please report any problems to Park management immediately. Please notify Park
    management of any incident or accident as soon as possible. For emergencies dial “911”
     
 STRONG WINDS AREA: Because this is an area of strong winds, please be informed of the
    weather and make sure you have items and belongings in good shelter to avoid damage or
    they could hurt someone even yourself.
     
 BEWARE!!
    There are snakes in the area. Do not feed birds/wildlife. Do not leave food out
    for any animals.
